Yesterday, on 10th June, Mirosław Drzewiecki, the Minister of Sport and Tourism delivered to the vice-mayor, Henryk Gawor, the decision concerning co-financing of construction of a sports field from the National Budget as a part of the Government Progaramme "Orlik 2012".
The official delivery took place in Myślenice on the sports field of the Sports Club "Dalin" in the presence of Stanisław Sorys - vice-governor of the Małopolska region and Marek Nawara - the Małopolska ddistrict marshall.The positive decisions related to co-financing of the "Orlik" sports fields were received by representatives of 46 municipalities and districts in the Małpolska region. Until ther end of this year 49 sports fields of such a type shall be constructed. In Wieliczka it shall be built in the Adam Mickiewicz Park.
The programme entitled "Orlik 2012" assumes construction of multifunctional, free of charge and generally accessible sports fields for the youth.
The sports fields shall have a proper enclosure and lighting; moreover they shall be properly equipped as far as the changing rooms, toilets and equipment storage rooms are concerned.
The construction of sports fields is financed by: the National Budget, the regional governement and the municipality or the district. The cost of one such an object amounts up to 1 mln PLN.The local authorities who received the positive decision related to cofinancing of the sports field construction can put the project out to tender.
The following towns can count on cofinancing amounting to 1/3 of the construction costs: Wieliczka, Myślenice, Siepraw, Wadowice, Łapanów, Kamienica, Chełmek, Tarnów, Ochotnica Górna, Kasina Wielka, Świnarsko, Wolbrom, Żabno, Pleśna, Ropa, Brzesko, Gdów, Czarny Dunajec, Libiąż, Borzęcin, Gnojnik, Olkusz,Charsznica, Nowe Brzesko, Oświęcim, Skawina, Zawoja, Sękowa, Stryszów, Skrzyszów, Raba Wyżna, Lipnica Murowana, Krzeszowice, Kęty, Grybów, Bukowina Tatrzańska, Babice, Kraków, Limanowa, Pałecznica, Podegrodzie, Radgoszcz, Tymbark, Uście Gorlickie, Zabierzów.
