Most of the educational institutions in our municipality perform renovation, modernization and construction works during the holiday time. The renovation works in the Primary School No2 in Wieliczka and the Węgrzce Wielkie Primary School can be described as advanced.
Several weeks ago thorough modernization of the interior of the primary school in Janowice has commenced and today works related to construction of a playground with a tartan surface started as well. During the last two years similarly modern playgrounds were constructed at the Primary School No2 in Wieliczka, in Węgrzce Wielkie, Koźmice Wielkie and Podstolice.
Presently construction of a toplayer at the Primary School no 3 in Wieliczka is under way.
Area of the playground which is being constructed at the educational institution in Janowice amounts to 862 m2, which shall be covered with a toplayer made of the anti-sliding polyurethane.
Moreover, the playground, the dimensions of which are 24x35m shall be provided with the line marking for the games of football and volleyball.
It also shall be equipped with the modern vollayball equipment and the football gates.
In order to provide better safety in the finishing phase of the construction works it is planned the playground shall be fenced.
The end of the investment is anticipated for the end of November this year.
Furthermore, illumination of the public road is being planned in Janowice -bids are also being invited for the modernization of the access road to the agricultural grounds.
Complex investments related to the public infrastructure are a valuable element of development in the Wieliczka Municipality.
